Maybe a little more emphasis on the technique would solve a lot of the problem. After much trial and error I managed to get the post in the correct position, and then the installation went OK. I like the concept, but inserting a blade is not very user friendly. If the mounting post is just a very fraction out of position, it becomes impossible.
Was purchased from Grady's Hardware - very quick shipping and well packaged. Cuts metal & 1/4" plexiglass with ease.
I have used this blade to cut automotive sheet metal and steel steering shafts, both solid and hollow.It works well and, with the PHS550B driving it, makes short work of jobs that would take much, much longer with a hand saw.
the photo shown is the wide wood-cutting blade when the actual item received is the thin stick-like metal cutting blade with smaller teeth.
